Sales Engineer
Bellevue, WA
Job Functions:
Working jointly with the Sales and Marketing team to identify customer pain points, develop technical solutions, present BaishanCloud values, and address any technical objections for prospects and clients.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to evaluate customer requirements, develop sales strategies, and provide technical proposals.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and values to prospects and clients.

Provide timely and efficient support to prospects and clients during trials, onboarding, and post-sales support.

Manage multiple high-traffic strategic accounts simultaneously.

Provide input on processes and procedures to scale the Sales Engineering organization.

Monitor and report on new technology trends and features to the Engineering team.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in quantitative or technical degree required.

3+ years of pre-sales or post-sales experience in selling and support software products to technical buyers.

Basic knowledge of CDN technology, including edge caching, load balancing, streaming delivery.

Solid understanding of TCP and HTTP with troubleshooting capabilities.

Experiences with Web Application Firewall, Bot Management, or related security products.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Proven experience with Unix/Linux, shell scripting language, or other programming languages.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to build and present high-quality product demonstrations – to both technical and executive audiences
